Knowledgeable and fast neat work

Can't say it enough â 5/5! Dennis and his son were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with thru the entire process. From following up immediately when I submitted a request to Home Advisor, walking me through the process and then showing up on time and completing the work efficiently and cleanly.

They showed up on time. Two cleanly dressed men ready to help me with my problem. They found the simplest way to enhance my existing radon remediation system, that was installed by the previous owner. I think they are honest. I was not concerned with having them around my family. I hope their business continues to prosper.

At the time of this review, there may be more steps to follow. My pre-mitigation test readings were 16.7. I found Dennis through HA, and he promptly got in touch by phone and explained what he would do to mitigate the radon and what it would cost to do so. His aim is to get the reading down to 2 or lower. He indicated that, depending on what the nature of construction of the building and the subsurface conditions, he might be able to do it in one step for a stated price, but it in some cases a second step might be needed, for an additional price (less than half the â one step priceâ ). He and his son came when scheduled, worked efficiently and neatly, but indicated when done that a second step might be needed depending on the results of a new radon test. Since we are not in the process of selling the property, Dennis suggested that I not commit to pay for a. Second step that might not be required based on new test results. I have now received the test results, which indicate that the step one process reduced the radon levels below the EPA recommended max, but not as low as Dennis would like to achieve. So I am in the process of â discussingâ with him whether and when to have him back to perform the second step. I appreciated Dennisâ s manner of dealing from the very start. He was very conscious of not causing me to incur extra costs.

I never thought I would meet somebody pickier than I am when it comes to an installation. But, then I meet Dennis from Boston Radon. He did an amazing job and was very patient with me asking question after question. The price was very fair and the work was topnotch. I now live Radon free. Simply put it you use anyone else your nuts.

Dennis is very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process when he came to workup an estimate. He answered all my questions. Due to an addition, it was determined that I needed an 2nd suction point thus a more expensive install (but still reasonable). That is something that I wouldn't have been aware of if I had gone with the telephone estimate that I got from another vendor. It would have been an unpleasant surprise if the other vendor came for an install and then increased the price. Every home is different so I was happy that Dennis had come out to do an estimate. I was able to prepare for the install by clearing the area where the work would be done. It allowed for an orderly move of boxes versus paying them to move the boxes or they waiting around until the area was cleared. I was very happy with the actual installation. There was no mess that I had to clean up. The set-up was very neat and professional. The system began to work immediately. The radon levels are now in the acceptable radon. I would highly recommend Boston Radon.
