At first, I was really impressed with Biff?s communication and straight forward approach. They removed my old driveway and installed a new driveway and walk path to the front door. The install side was straight forward and there were only a few issues that they forgot to address when the concrete was poured. All in all, I was satisfied with their work until after I went to get a permit to build onto a separate pad that they poured. The city informed me that it did not meet code and when speaking with Biff on how to remedy the issue, he stated that he would review the code and let me know how we can fix it. Unfortunately, this was our last communication as Biff refused to respond to any communication efforts. I emailed, texted, and called over a dozen times during a 2 month period and received not even a courtesy call in response. To ghost a customer that had paid for a pad that can?t be used shows an extreme lack of integrity and professionalism.

The HOA that I live in required that my blacktop driveway be replaced with a cement driveway. This was my first time replacing a driveway. I was aware of the price range to replace a driveway. I looked on Angie's list for driveway contractors. I came up with 3 and gave them the information they required. I heard back from two and based on the size of my driveway was quoted a price. I was very impresed with the owner of Blankenship when I met him. I also thought his price was reasonable. When his crew arrived I new I hired the right company. I could tell by their apprearance that this is what they do. They unlaoaded their equipment and soon went to work. The job was completed in two days. I now have a new cement driveway and it looks great!!

The Blankenship team did a n excellent job removing my old sunken & broken driveway, and installed a new and beautiful driveway. I was especially impressed with their speed and attention to detail.

Biff with Blankenship was very flexible in scheduling the work to be done. Jon and the crew who did the driveway and stairs were local guys who worked hard and did a good job. The price was fair. Several neighbors have complemented the new driveway. Would recommend them.

My garage floor settled and collapsed. Blankenship Excavating was the most knowledgeable of all of the bidders I spoke with before starting the project. I was especially impressed by the preparation before the pour. This floor is built to last!

I recently purchased a 12 x 20 foot gazebo. We needed a gravel site on which to place it. Biff and his crew leveled our site and created a perfect foundation for our backyard retreat. The crew was very professional and finished the job in just a few hours. I highly recommend Blankenship Excavation and we will use them again on our next project.
