I am very pleased with the work completed by Black Diamond Construction. David is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. He discusses all aspects of the project at the beginning, updates at each step, and handles multiple services, eg all aspects of construction, painting, and floor finishing, to perfection. His prices are very reasonable, and he completes the project as bid and in the time allotted. After completing this current project so positively, I am looking forward to hiring Black Diamond Construction again in the future.

David is finishing up a job for me, replacing 4 windows and a full wall of siding. When looking for quotes he was the first to get back to me and his quote ended up being the best. Plenty of companies called me back weeks later and there were some extortionate offers or even open ended no quote but pay by the hour in addition to "the usual fees" so can't tell you how much it will cost. Everything has happened on time or sooner than the timeline. He arranged permitting, inspections materials orders. I live out of town so worried it would all be hard to coordinate. I told him what needed doing and he did it. He has made the whole thing so straight forward. His work is top notch. I am almost reluctant to write such a review as i plan on using him for many more jobs and don't want to have to get in line and wait. One of those rare way better than expected gems.

David is the most patient and professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. He goes above and beyond. Contractor’s in the past have ruined my design ideas. He was very efficient with time management, working through Christmas Day to get things completed. He did not take advantage of the fact I am a single woman with a tight budget and I changed my mind many times. I am in love with my home again. So peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. I will post pictures once I finish organizing. It’s hard to find a contractor in the Keys who has good work ethic. I am so thankful I found Black Diamond Construction LLC.

Very clean and professional. Replaced windows, patched exterior wall and remodeled interior. Would highly recommend and use again for any other projects, big and small.
