Great! The owner made a special trip to show me exactly what I was getting and told me when the work would be done. He and his wife kept in touch during this time. He left me a written estimate which was fairly priced and void of deceiving discounts used by the larger companies, whose final prices were still higher than the price I received from Bilt by Demand. They began and finished the work quickly and came when they said they would arrive. Plus, they are nice and honest people. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company.
