Ward come out to our house explained our options. He was polite and informative we had gotten 3 quotes and their price was in line with the others. We were very pleased with our choice to hire them. Ward came out twice to ensure our job was going well and his techs were well equipped , knowledgeable , and polite. They did a quality job and I would highly recommend them to my friends. I called the company for a second opinion the first company that came out here told me my coil in my air conditioner had to be cleaned it would cost $800 I told them the price was outrageous The next day I called big air Mechanical for a 27 point check up of my air conditioner at a cost of $99 yes you can get A check up cheaper elsewhere I just wanted to get somebody here the mechanic came check out the air conditioner coil did not need cleaning check the pressure outside in the compressor it was fine. The cost was $99 he asked me if I want A service contract for $199 which will give me A visit every six months for one year to check out my air conditioner change the filters blow out the condensation line and a 10% discount for any work that is needed and he would be dug the service cool of $99 I was happy he was extremely honest which is very difficult to find in Florida I would highly recommend This company I also asked do they give a senior discount the answer is no I then I asked how about a veterans discount the answer is yes 10%
