Mr. Bender was very professional, and willing to point out or make suggestions to help make the process easy to understand. He also did a followup with the home after a few corrections on the home were made which was greatly appreciated.

I design quality homes for a living. When I found a home I loved and my realtor recommended inspectors i dove through the list with questions about concerning areas I didnt want to run into trouble with in the first couple years. I also wanted to learn about my house. Bezner listened and discussed his training with me and I couls see his determination to help. He was even available on the weekend, which accommodated my family's busy week. Other inspectors told me they work with the realtor and were so busy they would have pushed me to the end of my contract week. His report was thorough and accurate.

He's amazing very detail oriented and takes his time so he misses nothing!!!we were provided tons of pictures along with our report that helped us see the problems we were faceing. we had An issue where we couldn't find the crawl space and he came back once we found It free of charge!! I would recommend bezner home inspections to anyone!

Very professional and detailed and not afraid of getting dirty. The day of our inspection was rainy and cold, but that didn't stop Sean from crawling under decks to ensure he checked every thing. I would highly recommend his services.
