Best Contracting was wonderful. They walked me through the process of roof replacement (and working with a prickly insurance company) EVERY STEP OF THE WAY and NEVER made me feel under valued. They kept to their word, finished a complete roof replacement in less than a day including immaculate clean up. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a contractor. An hour or so after I called them, they came out to my house. They did a great job taking care of the problem I had with my roof. I'd certainly use them again.

They were very prompt and efficient in making repairs after wind damage. The rep who came out was knowledgeable and did a full survey on the roof and the repair was then done the next day by another competent employee.

Much less expensive and much better work than my attached (twin home) neighbor that used a competitor a couple years ago for the same job. Look no further than Best. You ll be very happy.

Simply put: I cannot say enough good about my first experience with BEST Contracting. When my roof was damaged by weather, Jeremy of BEST was there to help me to navigate the journey to a replacement roof, from the initial estimate to working with the insurance company and through the installation and follow-up. I now have 50 year shingles, a great looking roof, and I know that my guarantee is backed by BEST. BEST showed up at my house at 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled day for work, and by late afternoon had stripped off the old asphalt shingles, installed the new ones, cleaned up thoroughly around the house, and removed all of their equipment. I had always expected that getting a new roof would imply a few days of inconvenience, but there wasnâ t even a moment of that. By the time I returned home from work, the job was done, my driveway was open, and the roof made the entire house look like new. In the month following, I found not a single roofing nail or fragment of torn shingle in my gardens or lawn. A few days after the job was completed, a representative from BEST came by to inspect the work, to ensure that the job site had been properly cleaned up, and to double-check with me to confirm my satisfaction with the entire process of getting a new roof installed. Jeremy was accessible by phone and email, and all communications were clear throughout the process. Never was there any pressure to upgrade or add to the project, and Jeremy showed an obvious intent of doing the job to the customerâ s satisfaction. At no point in the entire process were there any surprises; everything went exactly as Jeremy said they would, and in my case, the estimate was identical to the invoice. This company is the very definition of PROFESSIONAL. I enthusiastically recommend their work.

Dan Stoltzfus of Best Contracting and Remodeling was our contact for this deck project from beginning to end, and we highly recommend him. We assumed he would also be there doing the work, but he usually had other workers there, and came once or twice a day to check on things. I would have liked knowing that in advance since I prefer to have the person I meet with do the job. However, all turned out great and we will contact Dan again for further projects.

This was a small project, replace a few roof shingles. Myron fixed the roof and pointed out a few concerns that would need attention in the future. Would highly recommend.
