The BEST team expertly removed and treated an approximately 6' x 3' area of drywall that had black mold. From the evaluation to the final touches, I had full confidence in BEST. They were skilled and affordable. I highly recommend BEST!

I selected Disaster Recovery as the category for this review, but my household problems had to do with personal instead of environmental damage and I couldn't find a category on the list to encompass what this wonderful company did for me. The young man who revamped our property was one of the most professional, efficient, thoughtful, kind and helpful people I've ever met (not sure if it's acceptable or legal to name him, but his name begins with Z). My home had a multiple levels of problems and he solved all of them. The person who scheduled my appointment was friendly, accessible, helpful and welcoming, and she scheduled me for an estimate and appointment without delay (her first name begins with J). I would not hesitate to call this company for help in the future, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

i can't really rate them on all these areas acurately as i have not been back to the house since the work was done. i will say the tech was extremely professional and even did some problem solving with my husband with some great recommendations! it has been a few weeks and i have not received an updated bill so guess i will be calling on monday!

Brad was amazing! He was professional and knowledgable. He and his helper did an excellent job on our carpet. It looks brand new. He even was able to get out stains in our carpet that we thought wouldn't come out. We will definitely have them clean our carpet again.
