Berny is a very nice and professional person to work with. He is very knowledgeable at what he knows in the architect world and is on point with what he does. Mr. Hintz is a very courteous and accommodating person. He was willing to meet at my convenience. He is very professional; his work performance was outstanding. When I saw his drawings, all I could say was "wow!" I was very pleasantly awed. He is worth every penny charged. I am truly satisfied and happy that I called him. We're still working on the project, but I believe its only going to get better. Thanks Berny!

Mr. Berny is very professional, truthful and punctual. Before I located Berny Hintz AIA Architects, LC, my coworkers contacted three different architects. these guys came to request big money and yet would not discharge their duties appropriately and on time. I fired all of them and contacted Berny Hintz AIA Architects, LC. Mr. Berny went to take all the measurements of the floor, worked with my landlord for construction history of the building and was able to finished my drawings within four business days. The permit office accepted his drawings and seal. This engineer is fantastic.

Berny Hintz is a super architect who values the customer/client relationship. His work is outstanding--we did not have a good idea of how to reformat our master bedroom/bath to make it useful and convenient to our house design. Berny came up with wonderful ideas. He has jumped through "hoops" when county permit issues arose. He created a 3-d visual of our renovations that we could view using the client version of the software. Berny has been realistic in time-frame of the design phase, construction phase, and cost expectations. We are just finished with design now and met with contractors.
