We had a clogged kitchen sink drain after dinner and needed to vacate the house the next day for another project. Derek Bergeron was able to get someone to us by 9:30 am and he remedied the situation. Very satisfied with the response and the work and would use again.

I tried calling several other companies but they didn't get back to me in a timely manner. Derrick called back within an hour and set up an appointment for the same day. Once he tested the system it was clear that the pump and tank needed to be replaced. He changed the pump that day (Monday) and said he would return at 9:30 on Wednesday to replace the tank. He arrived right on time, replaced the tank, gave me a complete explanation of what had been done and the warranties on the pump, tank, and labor. The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor. Overall I'm very happy with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.
