Write a ReviewDid not install properly. Flooded neighbors and front yard due to improper slope; rendering 1/2 of downspouts unusable and the rest gushing out over the sides. Water is stagnant and 2 inches deep inside gutters 4 days after rain. Hanger placement erratic and no where near the 24? spacing paid for as an extra, and exceeding 40? for the majority of system, outside contractual agreement, their 36? basic and industry standard. Rippling on underside of gutters same day, bowing and sagging after 1st rain. No sealant placed on screws inside gutters, no sealant around downspouts, holes from rearranging hangers not sealed. Corners do not meet and sealant used to bridge the gap. Sunlight visible between fascia and gutters anywhere that doesn?t have a hanger, resulting in waving & water behind gutter on fascia. No rubber washers were used though basic contract says they would be. Will not return emails. Will call, but this is so the ?plans of correction? is not documented.

Shady people. Jacob [Provider Name Removed] came to my home and provided an invoice detailing the replacement of a downspout, install of 6 elbows and caulking in all joints of my existing gutters plus a cleaning. The team repositioned.my existing downspout, replaced 4 elbows and used caulking at one location. The invoice charged me 542 for the replacement of the downspout of which they didn't replace but used the existing spout. I inquired about it and was told that the quote was to replace the downspout and all it's existing parts of which I didn't get. The remedy was to take 100 off because the team did fix the issue with the existing downspout by turning it around or pay to replace the downspout as quoted even though it didnt need to be replaced. Wow. If you are a vet as I am stay away from this company

The work was done rather quickly upon signing the contract. The crew finished the job really quickly and left the work area clean. One notable concern: the fine print in a contract indicates 2.5% additional cost for paying with credit card. But the invoice indicates 2.9% "processing fee" for credit card payments. I asked the company to come clear on that in the contract, not when the work is invoiced.
From sale to install to payment, everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely would hire Gutters By Berger Home Services again and highly recommend them to everyone.
