We had a fabulous experience working with Tommy and his incredible team at Bent Palm. They worked quickly and efficiently to make our screened in porch dreams come true. Tommy worked tirelessly to help us acquire the special permits we needed and went above and beyond to deliver a spectacular addition to our home. We were very impressed with the communication, attention to detail and fantastic workmanship. We’ve already recommended Bent Palm to our close family friends as well as our neighbors.

Bent Palm gave me a great quote and completed the project on time. From my perspective, the other key component is that he was able to get approval of all of the various inspections by Montgomery County Maryland on time. Obviously Bent Palm has an ongoing relationship with the county building inspectors and the project was constructed properly and on time. Another reason that I’m giving Ben Palm a five star evaluation is because a previous contractor informed me that the only way I could put a screened in porch on the back of my house is to file for a variance. Bent Palm built my screened in porch with no variance and approved by the county. Further the quality of the work was outstanding. Not only did he have contractors to do carpentry work, but he had a great electrician and an even better painter. At the end of the day, the project turned out fantastic.

Tommy and his team did a great job on our sunroom. He communicated every step of the way and helped us when making the decisions that we had not thought about in advance, I would recommend him for any job you have.

We were particularly impressed by their consideration in placing materials in areas that would cause minimal damage to our yard, even without being asked to do so. Our project was completed during the winter, and now our family eagerly awaits the opportunity to fully enjoy our stunning new outdoor space this summer!
