I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Teaneck several times now, and I'm in the process of scheduling them again because they are just that good. Every time, they go above and beyond the initial service call. I've had the pleasure of working with both Shahbazz, the owner, and Nick for plumbing and heating work, and they are skilled tradesmen knowledgeable about their profession, who are willing to put the time and effort into getting the job done right. They're also more than willing to tolerate my questions, hovering, and inane banter. The work they perform is neat, professional, and they leave the site clean. Even better, I find their prices reasonable. I've worked with several plumbing contractors over the years, as my house is 100+ years old and needs constant maintenance, but I won't use or recommend anyone other than Benjamin Franklin from now on.

Ben Franklin (Shabaaz) is the go to for me in Plumbing! They/He knows the business/codes well and is able to rectify problems (drains, setup, etc) quickly as well as keep the pricing fair. I have used twice in the last few months (drain branch into master stack & laundry drain/vent) and I was extremely pleased with both! Highly recommend!

Communication was timely, the job was done right and on time. There is nothing more I could ask for in my minor project (install shower/tub faucets in a high rise apartment building). I would hire them again.
