They came to do sewer replacement dated March 2025. When it was nearly done, they hit our house, hit the concrete and the fence at the backyard. Our sidings were damaged and we got the big hole in the bedroom. They said they would come to flat the backyard out. No one showed up. They came and hired an incompetent painter to fix the hole in the bedroom. Now we have 3 colors in that spot. 6 months! They had plenty of time and they ran away. This company is worse than the criminal of Hit and Run on the street. Stay away from them unless you want they destroy your Home.

Customer Service was exceptional. We had no water in the house from our well. After researching who works with well repairs, I filled out the issue on Home Advisor and within minutes, I was called by two companies. Ben Franklin Plumbing responded and told me a tech would be calling me shortly, and within 30 minutes I was notified and Jerod Lee, the lead tech was knocking on our door. We were kept informed of the progress; were notified when arrival expected; and Jerod troubled shoot the issues before just jumping to the most expensive repair. Jerod Lee was the lead tech on our job and he and Chris replaced the actual pump. We will be sure to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for other needs in the future as well as referrals to our friends.

Scott was excellent! Knowledgeable and explanatory! Worked in cramped space and was very careful getting that huge 1993 65 gallon take out of the house safely! Already talking to this vendor about future plumbing projects!

Jared was very personable, professional and efficient. I really appreciated the response from Ben Franklin plumbing and the work Jared did for us.

I had a cast iron tub that I needed help to remove in the middle of my process to renovate my bathroom. Jerod was able to come out the next day with Scott and remove it fast and efficiently. He helped walk me through next steps for all of my Options to complete my renovation.

Chris repaired a pressure valve that was “gunked up” with sediments from the water. He also flushed the system and made sure our boiler was working efficiently before he left. Very reasonable charges for this service. Ben Franklin Plumbing always comes through for us whether we have an emergency or service work!!

Jerod Lee was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came up with solutions that I never thought of. I will definitely request Jerod and will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Ended up it was only a bad water line from the water heater. Ended up replacing. The water line and every checked out good. Saved me the cost of a water heater. Very honest people.
