Reviews
Write a ReviewAfter 3 months of no shows and one plumber that didn't come back. We had the problem fixed in 2 hours!! Highly recommend!! Looking at getting our lines jetted next.
Micah did a very professional job and was only on site for 1.5 hours. I would guess he had about 1 hour of travel time and I don’t know what your mileage rate is. He also had “helper” with him who really didn’t contribute a lot but I am assuming that he is a trainee. I am no please with the flat rate charge of $1215 labor for this relatively short period of time on the job. Having been a service manager for Caterpillar dealers over 40 years, I certainly understand how flat rating works, with customers paying the same price when a job takes longer than average as customers do who received a larger for a relatively simple job done in a below average time. ‘Nuff said.
Made repairs in a timely manner. Fair price. I would use them again.
He did a great job. Was very nice and professional.
Great Service 👍 👌 👍
