Bella Construction was the BEST contractor I ever worked with. From the consultation to the construction of my project Bella exceeded expectations. All the workers were very respectful and my roof and siding looks BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend Bella to EVERYONE looking for a roof or siding!

The communication between us and them was very bad. It was hard to understand the workers so that may of been the case.They did a good job however had to call bella numerous times in order to get the structural work done right. The contract called for two new trusses the first sistered it and then the project manager came out and finally made the crew fix it the way it should have been done. I interpreted things that I assumed would be done but were not. The garage and around it left many nails.

My experience with Bella Construction was unfortunately disappointing. After requesting a full roof replacement, I later discovered that an area of the roof, which wasn't visible, was not included in the work and was a different material. Bella failed to disclose this information upfront during the sales process or during the actual work, leaving me with an incomplete job. When I reached out for clarification and resolution, they simply dismissed my concerns, claiming I must have misunderstood. Their lack of accountability and refusal to rectify the situation beyond offering another bid for the work was disheartening. Clear communication and transparency are crucial in any service industry, and unfortunately, Bella fell short in this aspect.

In May 2022, Sam [Consumer Name Removed] of Johnstown, PA contacted Angi's list for a roof replacement when he was connected with Bella Construction & Development. At the time Sam had requested a roof replacement, at which point based on our initial consultation we discovered that his roof had two different sections, one flat with rubber roofing and the other with asphalt shingles. At that point, he was referring to the shingle part to be replaced. After the initial consultation, Mr [Consumer Name Removed] entered a contract with Bella Construction & Development Inc. for a SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT EXCLUDING RUBBER ROOF. This was gone over with the sales consultant, and project manager, and untimely black and white on the contract. Almost two years later, Mr [Consumer Name Removed] phoned our office explaining he had a leak on his roof. We had sent our service department out, at which point we discovered that his rubber roof was leaking. The service crew had left the job site since we did not originally do this work. At this point, I had called Mr [Consumer Name Removed] to inform him that unfortunately, this item was not under warranty due to the fact it was not contracted with us. I offered to send a sales consultant out to take a look at the project, but he declined. Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] stated that this was our responsibility and he paid for a full roof replacement, however, this was very clearly communicated to him that he was ONLY replacing the shingled part. At this point, since we never were contracted to do the work, Bella Construction cannot warranty the product for free and there would be a service charge, a charge that Sam [Consumer Name Removed] declined to pay.

All good by the payment time. Then Mr.Andrew Bell hooks you up with Crooks Service Finance Company. Mr Andrew Bell writes a higher amount than your contract is, and on top of that charges you $300 fee to get 0% interest rate for 24 months with the loan Crooks Service Finance Company who then on top of all that charges 13.99% interest. Crooks never answer the phone. Andrew answers the phone, but won't adjust contract amount, won't take down $300, keeps saying - I don't know , call them. Everybody else in the company is nice but when it comes to finances stay away unless you pay cash. Horrible service, no respect and no help from Mr Andrew Bell
