Elmer was knowledgeable & skilled in replacing outside entryway stairs at my home. He listened to my concerns re: budget, prepared a detailed estimate and offered alternative construction materials. The stairs were completed very nicely. Good job!

Could not be happier with the care with which the ramp was built

I had a very large metal ramp installed suitable for wheelchair use.

Elmer is good at what he does. Explained what he needed and how long it would take, kept within the budget. His explanation for his work was easy to follow. If I ever have another project In would gladly hire him.

Elmer did a great job building a wheelchair ramp. Nicely built, very solid and looks good. He stayed within the budget and was able to use good quality wood. I recommend Elmer, he's really good at what he does.

We have had Elmer on three different projects. It is a joy to have someone building for you and you have learned that it will be done right, no checking up is needed. Doing shoddy or sloppy work just is not in his DNA. He takes great pride in his work. He reminds me of my father who would come up against a tricky problem and I would watch him mull over the issue until he came up with the perfect solution not just an easy fix or a â get byâ . This is Elmer! Elmer built a small art studio he did for us, including foundaion work. About 3 years after he finished the studio, he came back and added the porch for us. I didnâ t want a lot of trim added to cover where the posts meet the overhead beam. He did timber framing using some really beautiful custom joinery to keep the lines very clean and the structure really solid. No nails, no metal brackets. And besides all the above, heâ s a really nice man. Honest, dependable and easy to work with!

He has done work for us for a long time. Everything he has built lasts forever no matter what material he produced sound quality construction, and we will continue to use him.
