Very prompt response to my request for an estimate. Once hired, the team were very professional and friendly. Other than the job taking 1 1/2 days instead of scheduled 1, the work was completed at estimated costs. Everything was cleaned up after completion of the job. Overall I am very pleased with Beacon Insulation and will gladly recommend them to others and will use them again if needed in the future. Nice job!

Just know that if they sell you service to ?Seal? the soccer, that means spray foam just the same as you would normally caulk. If they say it will be sealed out to the eaves, once on site, you might hear that your request is unnecessary. If you don?t test the walls for insulation all the way to the bottom of the wall, then it is likely barely there insulation. Make sure the crew on-site knows exactly what you requested from the salesman as they may not have the tools like drills and ladders to be successful.

We strive hard to meet our customers expectations while providing the best solution for the project however sometimes the DIY method is not what is the best solution. We are not sure what would be sealed out to the eaves but have complete confidence in our installers. Unfortunatly the work to be done (customer expectatioin) changed, we attempted to meet the expectation but without the proper tools for the change were not able to complete the job. We agreed with the customer that we would return in the morning and complete it properly. We did.
