Reading other reviews i had all the confidence hiring this company for my door replacement. When they came to do an estimate on the doors they were very polite and professional. After emailing back and forth they came install the doors. After the job was over it was not installed the way we talked about. It seemed he was not in a rush to come back and fix the issues only if another job was added. They said they will get back with me with a time and i have not heard back from them in over a month.

We installed the doors correctly , He did not buy the solid jam doors he bought split jam doors , they were installed correctly , after the installation was complete , he wanted us to come back and change them out with no compensation. Now we have been in Business a long time , Installed many many doors , Instead he writes a bad letter because he is mad, We would be very happy to go back and change out but not for FREE. He also wanted us to do his bedroom floor, and at the time we said we would change the doors then. We made an agreement that we would change the doors when we came to do the floor but he had the floor done then called us to come change the doors that were installed correctly the first time. As hard as we work on our company profile we have to deal with certain situations like this , wonder if he would work for free !
