They did not install the garage door. I did it my self. They were the only one that stepped up to the price I was looking for.

Bay Area contacted me and offered a price significantly lower than three other contractors I had received offers from (not all were ServiceMagic contractors). Bay Area did not offer a warranty on the springs, but indicated that the brand springs they use are the same as the manufacturer of my garage door (Clopay) - so given the price offered was so low, I was willing to take that risk. Bay Area arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work in about 45 minutes. They were personable and took the time to point out additional garage door maintenance I could easily do myself. In these tough economic times the value and service Bay Area provided was very welcome.
