Wonderful thoughtful service. The installers were courteous and kept me advised throughout the install. They cleaned up after themselves too! And the tub / shower is beautiful!

Did a great job. Both Jason and Gerald were very professional. Only slight negative I had was not finished until 11:00 p.m. so I was a little tired before they left.

19k and this is what they left us with, look closely at the floor and wall and the TON of dust we had to clean not to mention the window (they were supposed to cover up. I guess they thought that just meant the inside only .... PLEASE save your money and go with a decent but much cheaper company for our TINY BR would could have gotten a FULL remodel Now we are in a POOR city and my mom is almost 90 and the walk in was for HER benefit. It?s disgusting to know they take the elderly money an figured since we are in a poor city they could do a shabby job at our site, I bet they haven?t left other folks in higher income cities, floor, wall and window looking like someone did demolition at the end nor a BR full of DUST. I will be reviewing and filing a complaint with BBB as well. Save your money go with Hansons or anyone else you could pay half and probably STILL get a better finished ?overall? outcome than what we got They left the bathroom super dusty (we had tile on the walls and ceiling

Our installation went very smoothly and efficiently! The installers were very professional and helped us to make the correct decisions about some aspects of the project! They left everything as clean or cleaner than it was when they arrived! Thank you!! The pictures do not do it justice ☺️ 👍👍 it is awesome!!
