My parents are both 80yrs of age. A gentlemen named Reece called on my parents. He sold them a replacement step through shower as it is safer to step in and out then a tub shower. My parents paid $3500.00 for a deposit. Being the caretaker for my parents, I went over to pay their monthly bills. I noticed a n invoice from Bathworks for a remaining balance of over 16K! Concerned, I reached out to Reece for an explanation of the bill. There was no itemization of any sort on the bill validating their charges. Reece refused to provide me any detail stating this is their fixed pricing. I have reported this Adult Protective Services and National Elder fraud hotline. Anyone that needs a step through shower, call me, I have a trustworthy contractor that will do it for $3500 or less. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

This was a very good experience every step of the way. We called on a Thursday and the sales person came on Friday night. They had a second person double check measurements. The schedule date was 6- 8 weeks and the office did weekly updates. The materials came in so the project was completed ahead of the original date. The guys who installed were very professional and experienced. Shower looks great and they cleaned everything up. They communicated every step of the way during the install. Their manager stopped by during the morning to look at progress. We had a wrap up meeting before they left. Highly recommend!!

Jason and James were complete professionals. They ran into some interesting issues in my 85 year old home, with much original plumbing. Nothing got in their way of leaving me with a beautiful shower/tub. And they left the worksite spotless. Thanks guys,,

Nick and Jake were very professional and easy to work with! They kept me notified as to what was going on during my install at all times! They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves after they had finished. We couldn't be happier with the results and can't wait to take our first baths in our beautiful tub!!
