Salesteam lie through their teeth. I did not get what I ordered. The day at the install was march 13 . I was told that everything was going to be custom made in laser.Cut to fit my bathroom, which was a lie! The people that installed my bathroom could not cut a straight line to save their life! I ordered shower baskets ended up with corners shower.Shelves that you can barely fit anything on, and then they gave me two of them, which only one fit. So since march thirteenth I have been waiting for a refund of almost five hundred dollars. We are now at the end of may, and I repeatedly call leave messages talk to this person, talk to that person and I get the runaround.Would I recommend these people to anybody no, not at all...

He over charged and refused to contact me only and I tried to get a contract from and it took 3 weeks the work was done. Basically all stuff is in my field they broke off they told tile off the wall I don`t know how you want to put that. He avoided communication to prevent cancellation. I been called him eight times and he only responded once.

We moved and bought an as-is home. The bathroom tub/shower area was a throwback to the early 1950s or earlier and was disgusting!! The old iron tub had huge patches of rust, the shower head was calcified in place, the grab bar was positioned at a 90° angle(?), and the tub was PINK (yuk)!! Even with shower shoes we couldn't bring ourselves to bathe there!! We started calling pros right away. Bath Planet gave us the BEST EXPERIENCE ever for an entire tub and shower area remodel!! Doug came out to our home and simply explained why Bath Planet was the company we were looking for to do the job. We chose Bath Planet not only because of their knowledge and expertise in the field, but also because they offered what no other bathroom remodel company can offer (hint, hint)!! That is what sealed the deal for us!! Our installers were very kind and accommodating, got everything done to our satisfaction in just ONE DAY, and cleaned up!! A second bathroom is in the planning stages for Bath Planet!!!
