What did I get from my call to Bath Fitter in Boise, Idaho? An excellent experience and a wonderful new bathtub! Tony went way above and beyond to replace my 60+ year-old cast-iron tub with a new, beautiful surround and tub. When he finished (yes, in just ONE day,) he cleaned up the room even better than it had been before he started. He also noticed a slight problem with my toilet and fixed it for me! I couldn't ask for a better experience! I recommend Bath Fitter for anyone.

I ordered the showers in June 2021. I told 2 months before the product would be installed. They came and it was the wrong size. 2 months later they installed the shower but no shower door. 2 more months later they come to install the door it was the wrong door, it opened into the toilet 2 more months they come with the shower door. One door is 5 inches shorter then the other door. Job still not completed itâ s April 5th 2022!!! No one calls to inform of what is going on!!
