Fixed both gates to our backyard that were damaged by a storm

Hired Bassett Construction to fix our vinyl fence that was leaning badly in several areas and also install a double fence gate. Based on our initial conversation with Levi regarding the work/quote we were looking forward to hiring him. HOWEVER, there are still at least 8-10 posts that are uneven and leaning. He re-used hardware from the old gate and not only installed it improperly, its not the type of hardware for this type of gate. There is also a large gap underneath this new gate that is a hazard for our dogs. They charged us $1800 and have yet to respond to our concerns over the incredibly poor quality of work that was provided. We never thought we would have to go out with a level to inspect their work. The provided pictures speak for themselves. Overall, we truly feel scammed out of our hard earned money. Now we need to save up again to hire someone else to fix everything properly. Because of this experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend Bassett Construction.

Levi Snyder/Bassett Construction did an excellent job of rebuilding my 100 ft wood privacy fence that was blown down in a storm in my back yard. Levi , with his two helpers, worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old, destroyed fence. They then rebuilt a new and sturdy fence, with gate and latch, and completely removed the damaged wood from my lawn, leaving the lawn clean and beautifully restored. i am so very pleased with the fence building that Bassett Construction did for me.

Hired pro to install chair rail moulding and add storage cubby above a closet + frame. Appreciated how quickly he was able to provide estimate + return to do the work. Good work overall. Realized a couple of the chair rail pieces weren?t level after he left. We fixed it ourselves. Not that big of a deal. Very focused & courteous pro.

They did a great job and were very professional. I will hire them again.

Bassett construction(levi) did sheet rock repair and clean up and framing and repaired my toilet in my bathroom. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the things that need to be done. Would definitely recommend him to do friends and family's repairs. Thank you for getting the job done right. Will definitely be using him again in the future.
