They have performed all of the services indicated and have maintained our system over last number of years. Todays serviceman, Matthew Owens, was particularly professional and knowledgeable, in addition to being very pleasant. We have had nothing but an excellent experience with AirServe from the owner Mark Banks who is as nice and professional as you get to their office staff (accommodating and polite) and their technicians. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

Our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. It didnâ t hurt that he look like a movie star too. Lol. I have only used them once, and he signed us up for a great deal of work. I hope that we will continue to be satisfied. But overall, it feels very good to know that our borrower cabin will be maintained without us having to worry about it. So the service contract, although pricey, should be well worth it.

Came spent 31/2 hours just gave me an estimate on what should be done. He did not clean add Freon nothing just did nothing. When I did not sign on to the recommendations he wrote, seemed to be annoyed and asked again to accept. I paid the 400 and he left. That is when I realized he did nothing, what on earth was he doing for 31/2 hours. Never use these people absolutely do not recommend them.
