I spent $1,000.00 with this company and purchased gutters for my home. They were scheduled to come out on a certain day to do the install and never showed up or called. I had to call Carrie and she said the rain has had them delayed. They would be out on a different day they had to reschedule me a second time. The third time they finally showed up late. They started working and needed some screws they did not have so they left my job unfinished and the Hispanic guy doing the install says he would be right back he never showed up. He calls me the next morning and says he had he will not be back he has another job somewhere else he needs to get finished first. I call Carrie and complain she has him come back out and finish the job finally. Moving forward 8 months later my gutters are hanging loose and bent from the recent snow storm we had. I call Carrie and tell her what happened she said yeah they definitely should not do that you have a 2 year warranty. She says Bob we will be there Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. he finally shows up an hour and 15 minutes late. He gets out and starts complaining about the Hispanic guy that hung the gutters tells me and my wife he did not do it right. Bob comes back out the next morning and fixes the gutters he writes my wife a receipt and on the receipt he writes even though this was not covered under warranty I fixed it anyway. I call him to ask him about what he wrote on the receipt. Bob then changes his story and says no the Hispanic guy did hang the brackets right on the gutters the snow and ice damaged them. I said your wife told me I had a 2 year warranty he says not for stuff like that. We get into a debate/argument about the warranty he says I do not know why your mad I fixed the gutters... I told him I will never use your services again he tells me GOOD and hangs up on me. These people are so unorganized its beyond ridiculous they tell you that they give you a warranty and then turnaround and screw you. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you for your response. It has caused us to implement new policies. We are training our personnel to communicate on a regular basis to keep you appraised of each situation regarding your job. The installer who did not meet your standards no longer works for B&S because he could not meet our customer service standards. We apologize that he did not communicate delays in a timely manner. As for your specific project: When you were speaking with Bob, he was looking at the gutters from the ground, and was not informed that a couple of thousand pounds of ice slammed into your gutters which is why he said the hangers were probably installed incur.

I am very pleased with the work they did. It looks really nice and they did a really good clean up when they were done. We will know how well it works when we get a downpour of rain. I Am quite sure there will be no problem. I would recommend Bob Walker to anyone who needs seamless gutters. GREAT JOB!!
