Brandon was professional and knowledgeable. He installed new surround and replaced a 50-year-old gas fireplace - left no mess and spent time with me on operating the new unit. I highly recommend BCS Chimney. I'm all set to stay warm and enjoy watching the fire.

I got a very courteous phone call right away. She asked me some questions about my project and then scheduled a technician for the next day. Technician called me the next day to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend BCS.

Brandon showed up on time and gave a clear presentation of repairs needed. However, Daniel arrived to do the repair and didn't seem to be prepared to do the necessary work. This could have been because of a quick turn around for the job, the scheduler fit me in the next day after estimate. The work did get done, Daniel even cleaned out the fireplace. I felt the cost was reasonable and that they did not do unnecessary repairs in order to charge more.

Brandon was great, I originally contacted for a cleaning, he was on time, cleaned up after himself and took photos of my problem area. The cost to repair the problem was reasonable and was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend BCS Chimney and plan to use them in the future for cleanings
