Bath Planet of CT

The installer was very knowledgeable very nice and the job was done by the time I was told it would be. Everything looks amazing I am very pleased with the job.

We are very happy with the work that Bath Planet did with our recent bath-to-shower conversion. Sheldon is a great worker and did all of this amazing work HIMSELF. The job included removing a 1920s-era cast iron bathtub, replacing the subfloor, and installing the shower panels, fixtures, and glass doors. He is a quality craftsman and it looks excellent. The only small problem was a leak which we found during our first use of the shower. Sheldon came out later that same day and fixed it -- all is dry (where it's supposed to be!). Company had to come back because they forgot to seal an area. I also noticed a few surface scratches on the acrylic wall panels.

I would highly recommend Bath Planet of CT. From the sales rep to the installers. The shower install exceeded my expectations. When the installation was complete, not only did they take all the old pieces of the shower with them, they even swept my staircase to ensure everything was clean. Again, I would highly recommend Bath Planet of CT.

Melissa communicated with me every step of the way. Even when I changed my mind on styles at least once a week which delayed my installation but they wanted to make sure I was completely sure of what I wanted so that I would be happy. The workers were fantastic but did stay later than they should have because they arrived late all 3 days. Overall, they were respectful, made sure everything was cleaned up, and discussed where everything should be installed before screwing anything into my walls, i.e., the shower shelves and tiki seat. I did pay for wainscoting because I had 1988 old ugly tiles that I wanted to be covered up. However, I wish they had told me that ripping out the tile and installing sheetrock with molding at the bottom was an option. I ended up going with that option since I wanted a clean look and I'm sure would have been cheaper the the wainscoting. Overall, I would highly recommend them! One last thing, the owner Joe, allowed me to cancel my contract in August of 2023 with no issues and refunded my 5K deposit in a matter of days. No fuss, no pressure! In the end, I came back to them 6 months later and they honored the original quote. .. Thanks, Joe!

This is the 3rd tub/shower and surround install. Quality of work is excellent. Pavel was meticulous , professional and communicated each step in the process. All done in 1 day and we could not be happier . We will be using them in the future.

The easiest remodel Iâ ve ever done. One day and it was complete. I wish I had more bathrooms!

Bath Planet has a great team of employees from the sales person to their customer service team. They followed through with me every step of the way. The team of installers were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Every job always has little hiccups and the installers were able to find solutions as minor challenges arose. The sales person, Dylan was very knowledgeable and personable. We compared prices with another company and bath plan was lower and the quality was excellent. We switched a tub to a walk-in shower with handicap modifications and a seat for elderly parents. James and team worked nonstop Installing And remodeling on the day of. They were kind and explained everything in detail. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything neat and tidy. The workmanship was great and the shower is fantastic. Highly recommend.
