This contractor accepted the job knowing that he would be building a workshop, porch and trellis using nearly all wood that had been recycled. He and his crew did a spectacular job. I haven't been shy about recommending them to others and I would definitely hire Avitia Framing again.

If there are any changes to your project once it has started, be sure and get the final estimate in writing rather than trying to negotiate an adjusted settlement at the end.

It took a while to have them get started on the project, then they left all the scrap on the ground for over 2 weeks. I had to call them to have them come pick up the scraps. They left ALL the old nails on the ground {nails still laying around the area after weeks of us picking them up.} Then I noticed they never installed the door with dead bolt to the tower. I then called & they are suppose to install the door by this Friday. The project was performed in June. I would never recommend this comapny for any of our projects & I will discourage anyone to use them. Sorry...

This Company was hard to contact and get scheduled. Once the job was complete it was not done correctly and as a customer I had to call for almost 2 weeks to get them to come back just to do cosmetic changes which are still not done correctly. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company for this type of work. Mico is the only other choice and I still may call them to correct the problem. I am done trying to beg Armando to come and do a professional job.
