An overall outstanding experience. The workers showed up on time, were very professional, and explained every step of the way. They allowed me to inspect the progress along the way, and even offered some extras such as dryer vent insulation using leftover materials. Their cleanup was spotless. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. His explanation of the ProCat material and process was the most convincing of the 3 firms we spoke to. His 60% (if I recall) estimate of heat loss through the roof is on the high end of what I've read, but he was correct in saying that the attic is the worst offender. These guys really know their stuff. We've had a warm winter, so it's hard to judge how much value we got for the money, but we do feel a more even temperature distribution upstairs.
