First, I requested a call back on a Wednesday for the date and time they were going to come out to my residence to conduct the appraisal and never received it. The technician who turned out to be the president of the company, showed up unannounced the following Saturday and stated his partner was supposed to call me. He completed the appraisal and prior to leaving, gave me his business card and stated he would provide an estimate later that weekend. The following Tuesday I called to inquire on the estimate and his partner told me he would have him to return my call. The president, Tae Sun Chang, called and I explained to him my insurance company's appraiser estimated my repairs $300 lesser than what he quoted and could he please provide me with an itemized list. His tone immediately changed to being aggressive and arrogant and he told me my insurance company didn't know what they were talking about and no one would do the job for that price and he was not going to send me a list. I asked again and he repeated he was not going to send a list and I could just find someone else to do the job. My purpose for the itemized list was to simply see what the differences were but I was never provided that opportunity. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We have received 29 Five Star Ratings out of 35 reviews. We also received a .5 rating from another angry/unreasonable customer a while back. Nothing he said is correct or true, except the $300 difference in the repair estimate from the insurance company. He wanted us to give him a per hour estimate to justify our estimate and we said we did not do that and that the insurance company was not correct. We were respectful and he was angry. There was nothing else we could do, and that was obviously not good enough for him.
