The wrong floor was installed in my house, even though I called immediately to tell them it was the wrong floor going down. Ron, the owner, belittled me, and told me there were more important things in this world than having the wrong floor installed. Ron can be a very nasty person and I?m expecting him to write something back to justify his point of view. The bottom line is I ordered one color and I got a different color very simple and he will do nothing about it but try to make himself look good and make me look bad I am a retired, registered nurse, mother, grandmother, and also a disabled widow. I do not need this nasty man putting me down and not taking responsibility whatsoever for his mistake. I?m anxious to find out how he justifies this, but whatever he says, I assure you, it will not be truthful. Don?t take a chance. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE

I recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in my basement gym/office by At Home Carpet and Flooring. Their pricing was competitive, which is what led me to move forward. After paying the deposit, I had to follow up to confirm scheduling. Once set, the installer prepped the floor, applied glue, and returned a few hours later to install the planks. The job itself was quick, and the initial result looked fine, though there were a couple of small gaps between boards. A few days later, I noticed boards lifting along the baseboards. I contacted Ronnie, and he sent the installer back to fix it, which I appreciated. Now about a month later, I?m seeing a few more areas where the boards aren?t adhering properly. Overall, the pricing was good and they were responsive when issues came up, but the installation quality has been somewhat inconsistent. I?ll be reaching out again to have the new areas addressed.

The team from At Home Carpet & Flooring did an excellent job. I had the entire wood floor sanded and varnished, and the final result looked like a brand-new floor. The workers were knowledgeable, respectful, and completed the job exactly as expected and on time.

Customer service was very good. Floor installation went well. I recommend using this contractor. I also recommend going over the entire job with the install crew so that everyone is clear about the scope of work since the installer is not the person that provides the estimate.
