He came on time. The completed work was excellent and he went over how to lock and unlock using the keypad.

Roy just earned my business for life! Professional, courteous and thorough. He came back (on time!) as promised after he arrived for the initial appointment but couldn t work due to my condo s parking situation. As I was installing a new kind of electronic lock on a metal door which required a fair bit of drilling, he took time throughout the process and even stayed until I fully tested the thing. After a couple of troubleshootings (my lock is weird, doesn t install the normal way like other deadbolts) it worked perfectly. Roy was patient to identify the initial incorrect configuration, did not rush and found a solution competently.

They responded quickly, they were knowledgeable and did the job quickly. The only thing was the scheduling, they couldnâ t quite fit into the time frame I needed and I had to change my schedule to fit theirs

great work on an OLD door, that started not closing. tech (liro?) decided to remove one side of previously installed weather stripping, that had been working all of last year, but now suddenly apparently stopped the door from closing. great customer service and value! will have them come back and replace some old boards on a step, as well as see about installing a handrail on an interior wood stair case.

Roy did an excellent job. Quick service and perfect installation.
