More trees than initially estimated needed trimming. The team easily accommodated the extra requests.I observed the man in charge teaching his team and really liked seeing that happen. The 3-man team worked well together, did a fantastic job cleaning up, and left me the mulch!

He responded within 30 seconds to my inquiry for a quote, then showed up an hour later, great service! Obviously not to be expected, he was in my area, but still...Did a great job, thorough with clean up, very careful with his equipment. A pleasant man, I highly recommend him.

A special thank you goes out to Astorino's Tree Service as I found myself in a unique hunting situation with my hound. My hound climbed a tree branch in pursuit of his game and got stuck on a branch hanging over a cliff. With a late night call on a Saturday night, Jesse was willing and able to come and rescue my dog. When I reviewed Astorino a week ago with an acceptable rating but commented that they had neglected to remove some dead branches in a couple of trees, Jesse promptly cald me to say that he was sorry that I wasn't completely satisfied with his work and that he wanted to come back and listen carefully to what I wanted done to get the project completed to my complete satisfaction. Yesterday he returned and did exactly that and I am completely satisfied with his work. In my mind, that's exactly how you'd want a tree service contractor to respond!
