The project began on 10/14/23, and as of September 6, 2024, the working drawings were approximately 80% complete and all payments as contracted had been sent to the provider. The project has been placed on hold pending resolution of a payment dispute and mediation is requested.

I asked this man to draw an addition with an in law appt for my daughter that was contained in the new addition What he drew was a whole house renovation ... I told him we weren't Interested in that before he did the work. Because of all the money that was already spent on updates throughout the house .... When I told him that he ignored our wants,his temper flared and he demanded more money to fix it... We are now in small claims to retrieve our money back By the way he is very expensive We got the job done correctly for half the price using someone else
