Repair man was very nice and came in the time frame quoted. Checked the washer and and said it would need a new part eventually but was usable now. Definitely would call them again if needed.

We had a very positive experience with this company! When contacted about our broken washing machine they sent a repair technician that very day. A part needed to be ordered and they nearly flew back here to install it in record time! The technician was very kind and efficient! Who could ask for more! Excellent service!!!

Customer service was remarkable. Will be the first to call if I have any other appliance repair. You cannot go wrong. Sergio comes highly recommended by us.

I was told when I called that the service call would be $95 to diagnose the problem but if I had them do the repair that I would only pay for the repair. the Frigidaire air damper assembly needed to be replaced but when he broke down the cost, he included the $95 service call, in addition to the part, shipping the part, and labor. When I questioned the service call fee being added even though I was willing to do the repair, he kept repeating I can pay the total price $426 (which included the $95 service call) or the $95 and not have them repair it. I asked to speak to a manager, and he called someone on the phone who basically told me the same thing. I went to the Aslan Appliance Reviews on Angi and in the "about us" it said, "But If you?ll hire us , we won?t charge for service call, we?ll charge only for repair." I did not feel right about it so I gave them the $95 and called Cornerstone Appliance Repair in Elgin instead and they were very helpful with great customer service.

Technician was very professional, timely and friendly. Fridge repair was briefly sidetracked by an incorrect circuit board provided to him. Brief delay and a return trip with the correct part and all good. I thought he said his name was Dennis, but could have been Dimas. Great job, five stars and will request him again if needed. Thank you.

The only downside is that he doesnt speak enlgish very well and could answer some technical questions. The work was fine though

Aslan Appliance was amazing! Technician Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We had three different companies come before, and none could even diagnose our Wolf oven problem. Matt found the issue in just 15 minutes and fixed it after two visits ? totally understandable since parts for a 2004 Wolf oven aren?t always in stock. My wife and I are so happy and ready for Thanksgiving now. Thank you, Aslan Appliance, for the great service!

Tom came by to fix my Sub-Zero fridge after it suddenly stopped cooling, and he was great. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got it running again without any nonsense. He was polite, worked clean, and even gave me a few tips to keep it running longer. It?s been working perfectly since he left. Thank you guys ??

Our technician Dimas did an excellent work. He was on time and very professional. He did fix our washer and no damage anywhere. I would recommend him for any repair work. He was knowledgeable and experienced.
