Do not sign with Artistic Pools in Fenton. We signed our pool contract in the fall of 2024, the hole was dug and the metal framing was done in December 2024!! Yes!! 2024!! Our simple basic pool was never completed in 2025!! Now it's 2026 and our pool is still not done!! The aggregate concrete has swirls, blotches and pitting in the concrete. The wrong liner was ordered and Dave promised to change it out in the fall. In October they put the new liner, yet didn't smooth it out, dropped in some salt bags and left. In November after multiple calls they finally showed up to attempt to winterize the pool using a coffee pot and hot plate in which they were pouring hot water over the return so they could cut it and winterized the pool. He left stating "it was too cold to finish" The winter mesh cover was put on, collapsed in under a month of install. Pulling away from the cement anchors and falling into the pool. I reached out to Dave multiple times and ne never replied.

Artistic Pools and Concrete installed my pool and stamped concrete . Dave has a wonderful crew that does a fantastic job on building pools and installing concrete . Our pool and concrete are absolutely beautiful . He also closes and opens my pool yearly and we have never had any issues . In fact I am having him do more concrete work currently . Very timely and professional business .

I had to get my pool lined, I didn?t know who I should have line my pool. I was asking my friends and family. All had recommended me to Artistic Pools & Concrete. So I had called and they made my pool better than ever. I am so glad I had this company to my pool! Definitely recommend to everyone.

Speedy process and well organized from start to finish. Our pool project was competitively priced and completed on time. The office staff is always wonderful and kept us updated the whole way. Definitely recommend.

Believe the negative reviews you read. Absolutely do not go with this company. You will be promised the world, given timelines and expectations of quality and outcome that will never be realized. Don?t give the big deposit once the hole is dug because that?s when they hook you and they couldn?t care less if you fire them at that point because that is the big deposit. The ?craftsmanship? is non-existent, the communication is horrible, the work product is so far below standards of any contractor I?ve ever worked with including in my businesses. They will drag out a job for years if you allow them to. They say they will be on the job and don?t show up for weeks. If they do show up, it may be one person who in my experience had no idea what they were doing when they were fumbling through whatever work they were trying to get done. Artistic Pools was very accommodating to get our business... it has been 2 years since our pool was installed and Dave S. (owner) refuses to return my weekly calls regarding our repairs. But, they did not miss a phone call or email to collect our money during the installation process! Repairs needed SINCE installation and NOT being addressed by Dave S. (owner) Artic: streaked/discolored concrete, chipped and; cracked concrete, unfinished/uncut concrete edge, staining of concrete - not done (surrounding pool and hot tub), interior hot tub caulking is melting/peeling away, and our pool liner has several stones underneath. BUYER BEWARE! This is a lot of money to invest into shabby workmanship and unprofessionalism!
