This company customer service skills and communication are horrid. I had no problem scheduling an appt for someone to sell me on their business but they day the work was to be done, I had to call them 5x for ETA checks on their techs. They were supposed to arrive between 9-9:30am and did not arrive until 1:15pm. Each time I called about the tech ETA, I was told by the receptionist that they would check and call me right back, they never did. The 5th time the receptionist said the supervisor of the techs said they were dispatched to my location early that morning, but he does not know where they are or why they did not show up. The receptionist called back later to say the techs should arrive by 12pm but they did not arrive until 1:15pm. When the techs arrived, I found that their supervisor told them to do a job prior to coming to my location. I was supposed to receive a lifetime warranty for the work done and after 4 calls I still have not received it. Poor customer service.

Sorry for the communication issue on our end. I did speak with customer and rectified situation. We even went back out to handle a service call to find out that a downspout that was installed previously was not a solid pipe and we removed old pipe and replaced pipe at no charge.

John and his crew remediated our crawl space and installed a french drain on our patio, with an underground sump pump. When they discovered rotting joists, they explained how they could replace them with an additional 2-days’ work. They really saved our new home - and it’s working like a charm! The house doesn’t have that musty smell anymore, and the basement just smells like new, clean insulation. I used a powerwasher the other day and witnessed the new system’s performance first-hand; all water was managed efficiently and effectively. We couldn’t be happier!

My basement was getting wet every time it rained.. I called and was able to have an inspector come out right away for a free estimate. Everyone was so nice and very professional. I now have a dry basement! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any waterproofing or foundation services!

I would highly recommend Del Val Basement Waterproofing. They were very reliable, explained all my options, and had the best prices of all the quotes I received. We had our first big rain storm since the job was done, and my basement was dry as as bone. I am very pleased, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
