I have used these folks several times over the last three years--they are the best. This time my oven was not working and actually was emitting a gas odor. Albert was extremely helpful with my ice maker that had not been used in quite a while. He quickly ascertained the issues and instructed me in the process. He then gave me a quote for possible future repair if step one does not take care of the problem. I appreciate his customer first service and will call him again if I ever need help with an appliance.

Service repairman, Albert fixed a problem with our Kenmore washer spending over two hours on the repair. Washer is an old model and it was difficult to diagnose the problem, so this was a return visit for warrented work. Also, appreciate the imput from the "old master" Jack English, the owner! Albert made some recommendations for rouitine maintenance, etc. which we appreciated greatly. Would recommend this business to anyone, family and friends! They appreciate their customers and want to ensure that the repair is completed!

Service repairman, Albert was very knowledgeable. He found the problem with our Kenmore washer and gave us a quote. Unfortunately, our washer is an old model and the part and labor would cost us too much to repair. We will be looking to replace it. Albert made some recommendations which we appreciate greatly.

Albert arrived as scheduled with the necessary parts and completed repair in less than an hour, even though he had to move the washer and dryer and work from a very cramped behind the appliances. He was well equipped for the job and obviously knew exactly what what he was doing. A very good repairman experience. I am pleased, They will be my go to appliance repair from now on.

Albert was wonderful installing my ice maker and explaining the causes of the failure of my original one. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Jack English was excellent getting my appointment set up and also answering my questions about other appliances they service. I'm so glad I found his company!! I will be using them again in the future for other appliance assistance.

Albert showed up on time. He is very honest and knowledgeable about his work. We were very pleased with what he did to help. We will need to eventually buy a new refrigerator but not for his fault but because it's an old fridge. We will definitely call for Albert at Arrow Appliance and Repair.
