They were fantastic! I was very concerned about potential property damage to me and two of my neighbors considering the size of the Oak tree, how it grew onto their sides and how small an area they had to work in. Tom and his team were insured and provided me with a plan on how they were going to do the project to include what safety measures they will take to avoid damages. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional, puts the needs of the home owner into consideration, reasonably priced, and they really know trees. In fact, I have another project for them in a few weeks because of their performance.

I think these guys are very talented and experts in their field. They are good communicating, however I believe they need to be reminded of what is agreed upon. One branch we agreed to remove prior to their second visit did not get cut back like I had asked. Otherwise I was happy with the other branches. It would have been nice when there was a branch in the back yard in the area in which they were working, that I did not see at the time, that they could have mentioned it and recommended it get cut back. I had to climb a ladder and hand saw it off. I would hire them again.

I would highly recommended, great service and fast. They know what they are doing, great communication always replies to phone calls or text. My tree has never looked better I will be using them again in the future.

Tom is very friendly and professional. He responds back in a timely manner and was flexible with my wok schedule. He was able to schedule my tree trimming very quickly and I am pleased with the results!

Tom was prompt. After a reasonable estimate, he was able to immediately start the work. They were fast and efficient. Did an excellent job of cleaning up. Would definitely recommend them.
