It was horrible. It was ongoing for three months. Arbor Sense showed up. I showed him the trees and brush along the driveway. He gave the same estimate for 4000. Told him that was too much. He then called every week for months. I just quit. But after a month and a half, my husband refused to cut trees. I texted Arbor Sense again. He came out the second time. Agreed to 3400 and would be next week. I showed him where to put logs and chips. He came last Thursday morning and left about 20 logs piled up in the front yard. Pine tree in the back backyard, just where it fell. Each tree has a 3-foot stump. And he was leaving. I told him that it was a horrible mess. I was not going to pay for such a mess. He did come back on Friday the 3rd. Dump logs in the wrong place, I could tell he wanted to leave. I never got a confirmation of the contract, never got an invoice, and I did pay 3400 to get rid of him. While he was leaving, he said l could pay him more and had gotten a deal. I saw him loading up logs and driving off. I texted him why he took my log. I have text where he stated he took 4logs. One huge log, maple, Worth several hundred dollars. He did not ask me to take logs. Nor did he pay for them. I will never want to be in contact with this thief. I have multiple texts and pictures of the work. I don't think I will recommend Angie's List for anything else.

This was a big job with a lot of fencing as obstacles. They took out over a dozen large trees and didn't damage anything. They did the job in a day and came back to clean everything the next day in the daylight. I highly recommend them! Very fair pricing and friendly workers.

Had 3 trees removed, two massive Bradford pear trees trimmed, 3 other trees trimmed off neighbors property line. Hired on Saturday, work started Tuesday and finished Wednesday. It was a big job and fairly priced.
