Actual work was fine, and the clean-up after was perfect. The only issue was customer service not being proactive in letting me know about delays. I assume it was due to rain. I'd hire them again next year to keep trees in better shape.

Great customer service. Always let me know if there was a delay (due to rain) and when they rescheduled. Professional and comfortable dealing with him. Was very happy with crew and how great they cleaned the site, as well as how quickly they picked up all tree branches. Looking forward to working with Arbor Pro next spring.

Very good getting everything done when scheduled, out the fence back in place, cleaned up the mess and it looks awesome!! Did everything they promised!! Great pricing too!!

The workers arrived on time and wasted no time getting started. They were very courteous and took the time to move any items in my yard they were concerned may be in the way of falling branches. Once the tree was down all the branches, leaves and tree waste was raked or blown off my yard and driveway, cleaned up and put in the truck. I even saw a couple of workers putting pieces of sod back in the places--where falling tree branches had come down hard. I would definitely contact this company for any future work.

The crew from ArborPro was very courteous. The crew chief wanted to make sure that all the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew worked very hard and did a very good job. I will contact again them next time I need tree service done. I would say they went over and beyond my expectations.
