Bill and his team were fantastic. The gave a very fair estimate for a job that two other companies didn't seem interested in due to the hill we are on and one other company gave an outrageous quote on. They were all friendly, professional, and good at what they do with attention to detail. When they realized one of the trees didn't need to be removed, instead of trying to charge me for work I didn't need, Bill let me know and reduced his estimate. I will definitely hire them again when the need arises. Highly recommended!

They did take down our very dead oak tree. But he did not do what we had asked him to do with the wood. We wanted the wood from the tree but he did not follow through by leaving the wood for our use. He kept changing his story about the wood. For taking down the tree, I would give him a good rating.

Bill and his team were very professional from our initial conversation. We had four very tall trees removed from our back yard; two that were dangerously close to our home, and frankly unnerving to think of the â what if.â The team explained step-by-step what to expect throughout the removal process and delivered with integrity! We have since referred them to several of our neighbors and friends who have also used their services.

Bill was professional, efficient, and friendly. Bill was upfront during the initial consultation, and he followed up with a detailed proposal. Within just a couple of days of providing the proposal, Bill was able to complete the work. From start to finish, he was focused on making sure I understood the process, that he answered my questions , and that I was satisfied with his work. He really went over and beyond my expectations. Additionally, Bill was meticulous with cleaning up during and after the job. Importantly, Bill appears to be a hard worker, a trait he seems to be instilling in his young son, who helped him with clean up.

The climber Bill was very professional and knowledgeable! I was very amazed of the fast services especially to cut down the biggest pine tree in front of my home in a short time! This is a great business.

My experience with Arbor Elite tree service was overall wonderful. Needed two trees removed 1 ASAP. Had somewhat of an emergency situation and Bill step up to the plate. He advised me on the situation gave me a quote which was in my budget sent the invoice for services to be completed. Keep in mind I do not live in SC. Once received invoice spoke with his wonderful wife Laura to complete transaction. Once the job was completed Bill gave me a call and sent pic of finished work. Was happy with the results and will use his services again. Thanks Bill and team for a job well done...
