I have used Kevin - Arbor Care & Consulting, for over 10 years at various properties with many different species of trees. As a certified arborist, he knows trees, can diagnose issues & help mitigate issues trees might face with construction, disease, drought, hard freezes, etc. I appreciate that he knows & respects the ecology of local trees, so he keeps the natural shape & structure for the beauty & good of the tree. Very quick to respond & nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Seven years in and still very happy with Kevin Belter/Arbor Care and Consulting. Kevin came on the scene when we were building our home around mature live oaks. Deep cuts had been made into the property disrupting most of the root system. Their (and other surrounding trees) survival were due to Kevin’s treatment and ongoing care. We have not lost a single tree and continue to use his service. Several times I have asked, “shouldn’t we do x,y,z”, to which he replies he’s passing up a dollar but x,y,z is not necessary and he won’t do it. Kevin’s knowledge, succinct consultation and care have resulted in very healthy trees and a very happy homeowner. As the saying goes, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”! So much wrong information and haphazard pruners threatens all our oaks. Call Kevin first!

I am a "tree person" and a landscape designer so I went straight to the best when I found out my next door neighbor had lost some trees to oak wilt. Our 5 acres is covered with large oaks and I cannot even imagine our yard without the sanctuary of these old growth oaks. Kevin came right out and helped us create a plan for saving as many trees as possible. For several years he would stop by every few months and check our trees for the spread of the oak wilt. And when it popped up in the middle of the yard we started the treatment plan. Of the over 50 trees we have treated, so far we have only lost one. I'm sure we will lose more but at least we have a plan. Kevin is very knowledgeable and professional. We HIGHLY recommend his work.

He has helped me twice! I was building home on awkward lot with existing trees. It was okay for 4 years until a landscaping company put down black weed control cloth and mulch and too many plantings plus sprinkler system set incorrectly!!!!! Kevin came to rescue and is trying to help me. He is professional, honest, and a great arborist! I would not refer my builder or landscape company to anyone but heartedly endorse Kevin!

We were very concerned about our centuries old oak trees that had been in our family since 1852. When I called Kevin at Arborcare and Consulting he was working in the area and able to come out the next day. He and his associate were very knowledgeable and showed us the evidence of Oak Wilt and another fungus that had put our trees in decline. They promptly treated them with Alamo injections and another fungicide. We are so happy and relieved to have the trees properly diagnosed and treated.
