Reviews
Write a ReviewI hired All Things Aquatic after a remodel and conversion to salt water of an inground pool. Unlike previous, so called, "service techs" Dan marked my impression with the highest integrity and attentiveness. True professional service with Certified Credentials is a must for a your pool. Consistent and timely, weekly maintenance service is top notch. Communicates well in a warm and friendly manner. I trust All Things Aquatic to maintain my pool and keeping it healthy and looking like eye candy, for years to come!
Great company
Is very communicative during the process. Call their company and he will walk you through everything.
Dan did not come out and service our pool daily after the resurfacing as he said he would. We kept his service hoping it would turn around but it did not. The employee was courteous and prompt but did less than a mediocre job and when I informed Dan he was less than professional. I would never recommend his service to anyone.
Hello Mrs [Consumer Name Removed], We DID NOT, resurface your pool. That service was performed by a separate company. We did perform a start- up service over a week's time, post your pools resurfacing. As you are aware, we shared the daily emails that are dated and timed stamped, along with a daily photo for each day we serviced your pool during the week. Those e-mails also include all chemical readings and a checklist of our services performed each visit. We shared those again today with you, to ensure you had them. Despite that fact, you posted this slanderous and malicious lie of a review. After you called me foul names via text message. The fa
We hired All Things Aquatics to resurface our pool in December 2022. From start to finish, Dan was in contact with us throughout each phase of the project. The workmanship displayed by Dan's team was exemplary. I have one of the most beautiful pools in Brevard county! Ok, so I'm a bit biased, but my pool is GORGEOUS and really stands out. I have several pictures if that would be helpful.
Dan is a great person and does an excellent job at maintaining our pool. The water and cleanliness of the pool is always perfect. Dan always treats you with respect and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Great company to deal would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Pool remodel required brushing and cleaning every day for 10 days. Dan came each day and sent pictures while we were out of town. He also helped us with additional installations for the pool. He is in constant contact with our pool service person regarding our pool care. Dan is always available for questions and responds promptly. Excellent customer service!
Our pool is always ready for guest and maintained to the highest standards!!!
They have been taking care of my pool for a little over a year and I am very pleased! They do a great job & if I have any questions they are quick to respond!ð My pool always looks great!
They have maintained my pool for three years. Not one speck of algae during this time. They communicate very well during Holidays, hurricanes and whatnot and have not once had a â  sickâ  day. Very personable and professional. Definitely recommend.
