John went above and beyond to diagnose the issues we were concerned about. John made recommendations without any pressure to buy his products. We decided to go with his recommendation and chose to replace our out dated RO system which was not doing what it should even though the company that we had delivering our salt and filters and testing the water did not diagnose any issues. John cleaned out the water conditioner tank and I asked him to order a new salt barrel for us. He also found an issue with the water pressure to the RO and made the necessary changes to fix that issue. Bottom line the phone call to 715-432-9667 was the best decision made. And this whole process was well within budget. Will be saving $$ on his suggestions for purchasing salt also. Very professional service.

John came into our home, tested our water, informed us about the system he sells, and then left to let us decide. There was no high pressure sales. He got the supplies and the system was installed the next week. He was very professional, but easy to talk to. When he left, he explained they system to us.
