I have had the system in my home for over three years and it requires little if any maintenance. The system works well and is totally autonomous. The amount of salt used is quite minimal to prevent bridging. Victor and his staff are on top of their game when it comes to service as well. My system started to leak around the fittings and I had call Victor to see what can be done. He immediately had a person at my home and problem solved in less than 2 hours. The service technician was also helpful in giving me pointers for making sure future issues will be minimal.

The technician showed up on time. Because we want to finish our basement at some point, we discussed the best placement for the water softener. We also had a water purification system installed under the sink for drinking water. The whole job was done quicker than I expected and was done neatly. We noticed a difference in the water right away! And the drinking water is great, so no more spending money on bottled water! We are very happy with the install of both products!
