SAD! They installed a water treatment system at my house and one of the pipes that they installed cracked and flooded my basement, they told me it would be days before they could come out. After I fussed for a bit they agreed to come out on a sunday morning meanwhile I had no water because I had to shut it off due to the issue with their installation. Finaly they fixed it. Then A few months later their system was not doing it's job ( my PH was not in the rage that was promised ) they told me they could come out but there would be a charge. 9 months after original installation their pipe was leaking again, I contacted them and was told " that doesn't happen , and it's not warrantied so we could come out next week and charge me. This company is HIGHLY unprofessional and has 0 Customer service! PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE IT'S WORTH IT! DO IT YOUR SELF, YOULL HAVE LESS HEADACHES! DRINK DIRTY WATER, BUT WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE THEM!
