They were good as far as showing up and getting the renovation done on-time...We are now in the 2nd year open and found a challenge in the jets in our love seat area. At first, we were told $200 for the 1st hour and $125 every half hour after for a service call. I asked why should a pool that was Completely. Renovated last year.Need a service for a problem that should never have been there in the first place. Our sales and Construction manager, Juan, Said he would look into it. He brought another man and they worked on it.And what they found was plastic, had gotten stuck in the tube during the renovation.When they removed it the jet was working. Juan has always been wonderful to work with and the company seems to have stood by their workmanship. Now two days later, I'm finding spots where the mortar was not completed between the bullnos and the tile. I am. Hoping they will repair this without any challenge. There are always problems in any job and I would recommend them.

Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and experienced about every aspect of pool installation and maintenance. Mike and Shane were our project managers. Both were organized and made sure to stay in frequent communication about progress, next steps, and any unexpected delays. They did a very high quality job and provided great customer service throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Best price AND best work !

A lot of hassles during construction with quality of workmanship. We also had some equipment issues after start-up. They did get things corrected and the equipment replaced eventually. They were the low bidder and the project reflected it.

I called Elite for a late pool closing. The service manager (Chris) scheduled an appointment immediately with an upfront cost estimate. He arrived promptly, was courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and I could not be happier! We look forward to working with them again in the spring. Tom and Linda

Very happy with the service and speed with which our pool was built. Danny Bishop was great! He was able to provide us with a finished pool within a month, so it worked out well. The hole for the pool was dug on July 27 and today is August 20 and the pool is ready.
